About Berthold
Technologies
Since
1949, Berthold Technologies has designed manufactured and
supplied systems for non-contact, non intrusive monitoring of
process parameters such as density, level, moisture, bulk flow
and analyzers for pickling acid, sulphur content or ash content.
Typical customers are in industries where traditional contacting
instrumentation is not an option. Berthold Technologies features
Germany's most modern source manufacturing facility. Microwave
engineering is growing fast and the worldwide sales and service
network is expanding continuously. Berthold's customer oriented
developments and solutions for process control measurement
define today's state of the art.
Berthold Technologies USA LLC is a
wholly owned subsidiary of Berthold Technologies GmbH & CO located
in Wildbad Germany. Berthold Technologies USA is located in Oak
Ridge TN near the city of Knoxville. (Picture--our new

New Products-Next Generation Mould Level Measurement Products
Berthold Technologies has announced its next generation of mould
level measurement systems.
The LB 452 CastXpert incorporates faster response times as well as an easy to
use color-graphics touch-screen display. The successor to the
Berthold Technologies' LB 352, the CastXpert LB 452
sets a new standard for excellence in mould level
measurement.
The LB 6739 GAMMAcast detector
series uses updated technology as well as a new, patented cable
connection assembly. The LB 6739 incorporates a new
attachment assembly designed to prevent cable
failure problems.
The LB 6780
ECcast Eddy Current system is the ideal solution for the
problem of mould powder. Using the CastXpert LB 452, the ECcast
system combines radiometric and eddy current
technology to provide an accurate and comprehensive
mould level measurement.

Fracing Density Systems-It's all
about the detector.
As
density measurements go, measuring fracing propant in the high
pressure side is about as tough an environment as you can find.
With operating pressures up to 15kpsi, detector performance and
reliability is paramount.
With this in mind, it is important to insure your
detection system can stand up to these rugged
application conditions.
That's where Berthold Technologies' Fracing Density
systems come in. The heart of the system is our HD
style scintillation detector.
Using a standard, industry proven and rugged
scintillation detector, Berthold Technologies goes
to extra lengths to insure it will stand up in this
difficult environment. By "ruggedizing" the detector
to take advantage of our field experience, the HD
style detector has proven to be an accurate and
reliable fracing density detector--be it low
pressure or high pressure.
Berthold Technologies' fracing density system is
perfect for retrofitting older ionization detector
based systems. The increases performance in accuracy
and measurement stability are amazing in comparison
to the traditional industry alternative. In most
cases, existing shields and sources can be used
saving thousands of dollars in disposal costs.
