Berthold
Technologies U.S.A., LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Berthold Technologies
GmbH & Co. KG, Wildbad Germany. Our office is responsible for
sales, service and operations in the North and South America.
For over 50
years, Berthold has been manufacturing radiometric and microwave
measurement systems. Our equipment uses non- contacting and non-
intrusive methods to measure the most difficult of processes
under the harshest operating conditions.
Berthold
Technologies U.S.A., LLC was established in December of 2000,
after Dr. Fritz Berthold purchased the company back from
PerkinElmer. Berthold USA was located in facilities owned by EG&G
and PerkinElmer from 1997 to 2000, before moving into its own
headquarters in 2001 at a new facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
Supporting our
activities in North and South America is a representative
network consisting of 41 companies throughout both continents.
Berthold Technologies' representatives, with our support here in
Oak Ridge, can determine the best solution and most appropriate
product for your difficult measurement problems.
Our Technical
Service and Applications Engineering Department provide a
complete array of services from start-up/commissioning of our
products to engineered application solutions for the most
difficult level, density, bulk flow and moisture applications.
With more than a half-century of experience in the field of
radiometric measurements, we have the ability to draw upon a
worldwide knowledge base to provide the most correct solution
for each individual application.
In addition to
Process Control product responsibilities, our Radiation
Protection and Bioanalytical divisions have offices in Oak Ridge
as well.
