Cementing Companies Using Coriolis Meters!-Are you
interested in saving money and reducing costs?
Are you currently using coriolis meters to monitor the
amount of cement you are using in your oilfield service activities?
If so ,are you happy with your current system and
technology? If you are, there is no need to read any further….
However, if you are having problems with increased
maintenance and repair costs, excessive downtime, and seeing your costs for
these continue to rise, then Berthold Technologies USA has the solution to
your problems.
With the LB 444 Fracking and Cementing density measurement
system, all of these problems disappear. For starters,
our system is non-contacting and non intrusive and can fit on your current
piping arrangement.
There is no modification to make—we supply the
mounting clamp and correctly position the system so your measurement is
right on target. As with any non-contacting- non intrusive
system, there are no moving parts to replace, nothing inside the pipe to
fail. This alone can save hundreds of hours per year in excessive downtime
replacing tubes and other system components.
And let’s not forget accuracy. We can typically provide
0.2-0.4% performance for your cementing activities. Not just a few times—but
all the time. And that’s consistent performance.
As this is a radiometric gauge, we should mention the
source size we use in our equipment. For cementing, and to illustrate a
comparison, we use 10 mCi of Cs137! This is a factor of 25 times less than
the traditional radiometric supplier.
The price of our cementing density measurement system is
very comparable to a coriolis system.
And then, to round it all out, we guarantee 48 hour turnaround
service for detector repairs that might be required.
If you are unhappy with using coriolis for your cementing
activities and want to learn more about our cementing (and fracking) density
measurement systems, we want to talk to you. If you are
interested in saving thousands of dollars a year in downtime, maintenance
and repair costs, then we really want to talk to you!
