Using a universal style pipe clamp and a custom designed, retrofit mounting plate, your existing source and source housing can be used in combination with Berthold Technologies rugged and highly sensitive detection system.

As the industry supplier uses far higher sources than we require, its just a matter of calculating the current age of the existing source--and specifying the amount shielding necessary to attenuate the unneeded radiation. Our detector will then "see" just the right amount of radiation it needs--typically about 10 times less than your current source.

Retrofitting is an excellent strategy when you want the increased performance and efficiency of Berthold Technologies Fracking/Cementing Density Measurement system--but want to keep your existing sources in place.
