Berthold Technologies  USA has announced that Mike Jeffers has been named as its new Technical Service Manager.

Mike was formerly a Field Service Technician with Berthold Technologies and had gained valuable experience with providing customers solutions to their toughest application problems.

Mike replaced Bob Schrock, long-time Berthold Technologies USA veteran who remains with the Company in a consultative role.

"We are pleased and happy to have Mike in place to assume his new  job responsibilities", said Rhonda Mullins, General Manager, Berthold Technologies USA. "I am convinced that Mike has the skills we need to build and grow our Technical Services Department into the future".

She continued, "It is also good to know that we will continue to benefit from Bob Schrock's experience and expertise as we make this transition. I know we can continue to count on Bob's vast knowledge of our products and applications to support our customers".
