Berthold Technologies USA has announced that Jim Harmon has been promoted to
Assistant Technical Services Manager.
Reporting to Bob Schrock, Technical Services
Manager, Harmon will be responsible for managing Berthold Technologies
technical support resources for all three of its product divisions. In
addition, he will supervise Berthold's field service activities and
scheduling throughout North and South America.
Harmon has a wide range of experience in
electronic technology, troubleshooting and problem solving. He joined
Berthold Technologies in 2003 and has worked both in Industrial Process and
Bio-Analytical divisions of the company.

new role", commented Rhonda Mullins, Berthold Technologies USA General
Manager. "His field service experience and his customer support skills are a
valued asset here and I know he will do an outstanding job with his new
responsibilities".
