| Jim Suetholz, Berthold
Technologies USA Process Control Business Unit Manager, has submitted his
resignation. He will be departing sometime around September 20TH.
He will be joining LAP Laser as Sales
Manager. As many of you know, Jim is from the Cincinnati area so it will
be an opportunity for him and his family to return home.
I would like you all to join me in
congratulating Jim on his new position.
Replacing Jim as Business Unit Manager
will be Mick Schwartz. Please join me in congratulating Mick on his new
role within Berthold Technologies.
We are in the process of looking for a
new Regional Sales Manager and will make an announcement at the
appropriate time.
As an organization, we have grown
significantly over the past several years. Our people have grown as well
as I am sure you have noticed in your dealings with them. We ask all of
you to continue your confidence in our Company during this period of
